The Microsoft Office Accounting training we provide is based on both real world experience and the accreditation courses we have attended. We are familiar with a variety of ways of using Microsoft Office Accounting products and therefore, it is likely we will have already experienced and overcome the challenges you may have with using or implementing Microsoft Office Accounting in your own business.
Clients only receive training on the parts of Microsoft Office Accounting that they will use. We only provide training to one client at a time using their paperwork, so that the training is tailored to how that client operates. The other advantage being, is that the trainees will be able to relate the training to the paperwork they normally see.
A high percentage of clients come to us after they have already tried to use their accounting software, this normally results in more time (and costs) to resolve all the errors.
Even if you are going to use all the functions of Microsoft Office Accounting, we recommend that you only learn the basics first, followed by the advanced features only when you are ready.
To cover all the mostly used functions of Microsoft Office Accounting, we would recommend 12 to 14 hours split between three or four sessions. You can select to cut this training time down, but unless you already have some accounting experience and are good at working things out on the computer, you will experience mistakes.
These services can be carried out onsite and remotely.
We have three types of training/courses, they include:
- Home Study/Self Study with Tutorial Support
- Remote Training Sessions
- Onsite Class based Training
Microsoft Office Accounting Training Manual - Office Accounting Support has created a user manual or guide on Microsoft Office Accounting. If you prefer to teach yourself then you can purchase this. The electronic version of the manual cost £19.99.
