Office Accounting Support provides accounting software and payroll solutions to Business Start-ups, Small Businesses and Medium sized Businesses.
For most Business Start-ups, and Small Businesses, Microsoft provides a great software package in two versions, the Express version which is great for Business Start-ups and the Professional version for Small Businesses.
But as with all software, there is a learning curve on how to use it along with setting it up correctly to reduce the accountants bill at year end. This is where Office Accounting Support can help you, with years of experience of implementing accounting and payroll solutions to a very wide range of types of businesses.

Consultancy
We can look at your present setup and your future requirements to make independent recommendations for a solution to meet all your accounting and payroll needs.
Installation and Setup. If required, we can install and setup any upgrade or new accounting / payroll software, enter all the preferences into the software, transfer any data (if possible) from other accounting software packages and enter the Opening Balances to get your accounting software started.
Training
We can provide you (and / or your staff) all the required training to use your accounting and / or payroll software. This is normally done in short sessions spread over the required number of weeks using your own paperwork in your own offices, so that you can relate the training to your own business.
Support
We can also provide support for helping you through various accounting / payroll tasks.
Telephone / E-mail Support. Most importantly for all clients is Telephone / E-mail Support. Clients using our Onsite Services normally receive FREE Telephone / E-mail Support (Subject to Terms and Conditions). Providing the query has been covered during training, the Telephone / E-mail Support is FREE. For Clients using our Remote Services, support is provided at the same rate as our normal Remote Services. This support could just be to 'hold your hand' whilst you carry out a task to give you re-assurance.
Remote Assistance. We can install a FREE software package which allows us remotely to access your computer to either sort out any queries, or to watch what you are doing when things are going wrong. We would only access your computer with your authority and you can always tell when we are accessing your computer.
Direct Support
At Office Accounting Support we believe in making things as easy as possible, that's why our Direct Support has a simple ‘minute pack' payment system.
Minutes can be purchased in advance to be used for our support services. The price per minute is dependent on how many minutes are purchased, see the sliding scale below.

Minutes are deducted from your balance as and when support is used, and there are no standing fees or retainers.
The minutes cover all the support you require whilst ad hoc consultancy and project services are priced individually per job/contract.
